I want to diet because of me, not because of anyone one else. I am calling this the healthy choice because it is NOT a diet! The best way to succeed is to be determined and love yourself. I am not saying I am fat either but I do want to loose some weight and gain some core muscle.

Also if you are under your recomended BMI PLEASE DO NOT DIET. I am 17 and feel I have enough knowledge of food and health to partake in this.
